It was time for an oil change and tire rotation so I just dropped it off, gave him my coupon from the handy booklet they gave me when I purchased. I was greeted with swift service and a smile. I haven't had any issues with my car it was just routine stuff. I left it there, went for brunch, to my surprise the work was already done long before I had anticipated. She sat me and my wife down and explained everything I needed to know. She took us out onto the lot where I picked out a 2017 Toyota Rav-4 color blue. We worked out a price and I told her I was paying cash. We finally worked out an out the door price of $24000.00 A bit more than I had planned on paying. Then I met with William (Willy) Patti, another super person. He talked me into tinting my windows and adding a side strip for $300. plus. Anyway is was a very great experience because a Toyota was not my #1 choice. I owned a Chrysler Town & Country, which I loved. and planned to buy another one. My daughter owns a Toyota Rav-4 and she talked me into looking at that first, at Sun Toyota' I,m very satisfied with my choice. ++Ray & Peggy Harwell++. More
