Blown out tire took car in but they did not have a tire to match my others so tire was ordered and they kept my tire and rim so tire came in the next morning i recei took car in but they did not have a tire to match my others so tire was ordered and they kept my tire and rim so tire came in the next morning i received call that tire was being mounted and about 45 minutes later my car was ready and a traveling i will go... He was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in finding out exactly what our objectives and needs were. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried. He gently found out what we had in the past, why we came to Sun Toyota and showed us vehicles in stock and assured us that if what we wanted wasn't in stock he could get it. He introduced us to his manager, new to the position. And the manager was helpful and supportive. Then we me the F and A man who really has a firm grasp of his field and clearly showed us various options on his computer with prices. His full desk top projection was very informative and helpful. We purchased a Toyota. Enough said. More
