I was taken care of by Jay Nigro I came in for my 6 month service and also had a problem with the way the Tacoma was shifting. Jay explained to me that the trany computer would be upd I came in for my 6 month service and also had a problem with the way the Tacoma was shifting. Jay explained to me that the trany computer would be updated. After 1 and a half hours he told me that the service was complete and the trucks transmission would learn how I drove. This makes scense because when I purchased the vehicle it had 90 miles on it . It was brought up from Sarasota. Who ever drove it up must have had a heavy foot cause that's what the trany learned. Now it shifts much better and the mileage has increased by over two mile per gallon .Who would have thought! Thank you Jay More

Oil change and tire rotation took 2hrs!! Service center sucks! I don't need to say more than...My oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours!! This was not a one time issue...this place Service center sucks! I don't need to say more than...My oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours!! I bought the plan that gives free oil changes till 100 k miles and if I had to do it again ...I would not have done it if they offered it half off! Now I am suck going here till 100k miles. Don't waste your time!! More

They also performed a multi-point inspection on my vehicle and i didn't even have to ask for it. Great service dept. More
