Finally, Maintenance Work Done on Time! This is the first appointment I've had for my 2012 Camry where the work was done on time and as stated. I have been in several times, not only for scheduled maintenance, but to have work done on 3 Toyota recalls. The absolute problem was with all these appointments, was that the service person/scheduler was way off for how long it was going to take. On one on the recalls, I was there almost 4 hours when they in fact told me it would be a 2 hour job! I did place a call to complain about this. One other time, after waiting a long time, we were told our car was ready - we signed the papers and stepped outside to wait for our car. After 15 minutes of standing outside, we went back in, only to be told that the car was just going into the car wash. For these reasons, we hesitate to come to Sun Toyota for maintenance. More

EXCELLENT! Patrick was very patient and went all out to help us with our purchase and we are very happy with our new truck. Attentive to my wants, sensitive to my needs and concerns and all done without me feeling pressured Sun Toyota offers the utmost in customer service. My salesman Pat was covering for my scheduled rep who had to miss the appointment due to health concerns resulting in a visit to the hospital. I pray he's okay. Pat was awesome and very attentive and again, no pressure. John Marazzi personally spoke with us which in itself is surprising because I've bought many cars but never got such attention from a managing partner. Unheard of! I'd also like to mention Trey who is very real and pleasant. Love his humor! Bob Butler greeted us for the email scheduled appointment and called prior to personally follow up and to let us know he'd be waiting. He also stated to be safe on our trip there. I would recommend and would buy from these great people again! Also the facility itself is very impressive and offers every comfort. In closing I'll just add that hitting the gong was a hoot! More
