May be your best trip to a car lot! It has been a long time since I owned a Toyota. I was in my 20's when I bought from Sun Toyota, when it was a one owner company. Fast forward a few years (wink, wink) and we purchased a 2017 Sienna from a very friendly salesman named Mark Fuller. What I liked most about our experience was our salesman. We never felt pressured and he listened to our wants and needs. You could tell it was not just about getting another sale for him but getting us what we needed. As with most new cars there are always small hiccups/problems and for us it's not the problem that the car is having but how it is handled by the dealership. So far they have handled things very well! I can tell you that prior to this purchase our last three new vehicles were not Toyota's but if things continue to go as great as they are then our next three (or more!) will be! Thank you all at Sun Toyota! BTW I want to make a shout out to the young receptionist. She handled the desk with walk in clients, a phone that was ringing off the hook yesterday and paging people with expertise! I did not get her name but she was working at 1pm on Tuesday all alone while her coworker was at lunch. She had great phone etiquette, which is uncommon these days! More
