Great service yesterday on my car! Yesterday I had my 5K inspection on a certified vehicle I bought a few years ago. I had good help from my Service Advisor Anthony Roche who reported t Yesterday I had my 5K inspection on a certified vehicle I bought a few years ago. I had good help from my Service Advisor Anthony Roche who reported to me as soon as the inspection was completed that the windshield wipers were in need of replacement (I agreed because they were sticking and grinding as they did their work when I needed to use them) & then I could use an optional re-aliugnment to get even wear out of my tires. So, I agreed to these additions. It was a long wait, but everyone was so considerate, there was plenty of chilled bottled water, TV program, newspapers to read, clean bathrooms, coffee, got the car washed, and even when I found a black grease mark on the car cushion before I left, they immediately drove it to the detailing shop to get it removed. This is a good place to go if you want to be well treated & receive your car service. More

Horrible and unprofessional sales person. Salesperson Jason was unprofessional and argumentative. The buyers invoice also showed a 995.00 dealer fee and a 787.00 commission. When I balked at paying the commission he asked how much I thought he was worth. I said after only an hour with him not $787.00 and his comment was he was worth $900.00. We left and was tracked down by one of the managers ( John) who was pleasant and we finally reached a deal at 8:00. We then had to wait until 11:00pm to go into finance office to sign papers. There was several mistakes that required additional time to rectify, most likely caused by fatigue. I WOULD NOT rec. this dealership More

Vehicle service process a breeze! I was a little worried when I arrived at Sun Toyota because there were at least 10 other clients waiting to get their vehicles serviced.
