His persistent and positive approach led us to start our search with Pat and Sun Toyota. Needless to say, the experience only got better when we arrived. The staff was very friendly, professional, gave us the answers to our questions. We decided to buy both cars from Pat that night. Horrible and unprofessional sales person. Salesperson Jason was unprofessional and argumentative. The buyers invoice also showed a 995.00 dealer fee and a 787.00 commission. When I balked at paying the commission he asked how much I thought he was worth. I said after only an hour with him not $787.00 and his comment was he was worth $900.00. We left and was tracked down by one of the managers ( John) who was pleasant and we finally reached a deal at 8:00. We then had to wait until 11:00pm to go into finance office to sign papers. There was several mistakes that required additional time to rectify, most likely caused by fatigue. I WOULD NOT rec. this dealership More
