Frustrating Battery Problem -- SOLVED! Twice in the past month I got into my 2015 Highlander to do some necessary errands only to find the battery dead. Called Toyota and they told me to bring it right in. Got a jump and drove to Holiday figuring a long wait. I was taken in immediately by James and about an hour later they came to tell me that the battery had a bad cell and they replaced it - no charge! Not only did they do that but they washed my car (and did it ever need it). What started off as a bad day became a good day, thanks to Sun! More
