Having been to various dealers throughout the area, I found that a first time buyer is often considered a first time sucker; extraordinarily high interest rates, quick talking salesmen aiming to confuse me into a rough contract, nothing was sitting well with me and I grew wary of salesmen. Sun Toyota changed my perspective. I was referred to Ron Cauchi by a friend and equally satisfied buyer. Ron sat me down to hammer out initial questions regarding my needs vs. desires, my fiscal capabilities, my awareness of the ins and outs, dos and don'ts in buying a vehicle for the first time. Then it was off to the car lot to parouse the best options for my needs and limitations. After 2 hours the first visit, and another 2 the second, Ron secured me an IMMACULATE deal on a pre-owned 2013 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. Mind you, I was in the market for an SUV, but my lack of established credit and short time at my current job, financing one proved impossible. That's when Ron took to the mission of finding me the most suitable vehicle for my needs, and he far exceeded my expectations for assistance and peace of mind, finding me the vehicle that is absolutely perfect for my needs. Once I was sold, I still had to work out the paperwork and financing options, insurance, etc. Of course, first time buyer here was almost overwhelmed, but sitting down with finance manager Robert Coleman alleviated all anxieties surrounding the fiscal logistics. On top of that, the personability and conversation aside from the deal was splendid, with both Rob and Ron, which made the process of background checks and signing an abundance of documents happen in the blink of an eye. Other notes: extremely well kept premises; other sales reps were eager to help me find my way, nobody seemed like they disliked their job; certified dealer with incredible warranty and insurance packages. Our Salesman/ Relationship Manager was David Wyatt Pritchett II, and we have to say he is the best salesman we have ever worked with at a dealership. He was not pushy in any way and only offered his services when needed. He was able to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. We also were dealing with Jeff Barnes who is David's sales manager. Jeff did everything in his power to get our financing where we wanted it (which was a long shot for us) and worked it out to be exactly where we wanted to be. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here and working with these two specific gentleman if you have that luxury. Thank you again for the amazing customer service. More

Only thing I thought was a problem was I wasn't prepared to drive away that night, so my trade wasn't cleaned out. That's a 1st for me, I always had to come back to pick up the car at a later time. Car was spotless! They even paired my phone to the Nav for me. Husband wasn't too happy to hear that the Nav tried to take me to Kohls's when I said "Home" :) I went OK!!!! Need to train it better, I guess. Need a new car, Go To SUN. More
