First rate, experienced and even fun I sought out Don Smith since I had a great experience in the past with him. I sold my Tacoma to the dealer and the price was more than fair. Price was right, car was clean and ready for delivery and the paperwork was almost all automated. Don more that explained all the aspects of owning a certified used auto as did Chase the finance manger who put all the paperwork together for us. Car purchase Being a woman, I was prepared to arrive at the dealership to do battle to get the deal I wanted and thought I deserved. I got the car I wanted at a fair price, was given a fair trade in for my vehicle, and when I had a glich with the SkyLink device, mostly because I rushed the dealership to get my paperwork done, they were quick on the spot to determine what the issue was and immediately remedy it. I had questions regarding the history of the car I had selected before I came to the dealership and David Marrin went over and above to get me the answers I needed and was pleased with. I had to drive an hour to get the car I wanted, but I DID, get the car I wanted and felt good about the whole experience. More
