My 2 year old was with me - she enjoyed the play area while we waited, and was given crayons and pictures to color too. Lance is the best! More

Much better this time. Had our 4 Runner in for detail and auto butler - The prompt and timely service was surprising quick for this service - actually finished earlier than Had our 4 Runner in for detail and auto butler - The prompt and timely service was surprising quick for this service - actually finished earlier than they had predicted. New Truck Purchase I'm active duty Navy and found this truck online and sent my wife in to purchase it for me. They really tried to give her the run around but we got t I'm active duty Navy and found this truck online and sent my wife in to purchase it for me. They really tried to give her the run around but we got the deal wanted in the end. The issue I have with the dealership is the service I've received since purchase. The truck has aftermarket tires and a lift and I could not get any info on the lift or what's been done to the truck. The tires were rubbing and drove back to the dealership to get some adjustments and had to wait over an hour, then was given the run around when I tried to get the free tank of gas the finance guy promised me. Then when I washed the truck today, I see they didn't put back in (after the adjustments) the clips in the fender well like they should have. Just poor work and no pride in their service shop. I just bought new ones on Amazon and will put them in myself vice driving to them. I was thinking of getting a new 4Runner for my wife from them, but will certainly be going to another dealership. More

Awesome Customer Experience I worked with Marc Langlais. He was so helpful and patient with me while I sat there nervous as can be. He took the time to listen to my concerns and I worked with Marc Langlais. He was so helpful and patient with me while I sat there nervous as can be. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure. He was honest and was truly just trying to make me happy. I never felt like it was all about the sale. I visited other dealerships in my area before making the drive to Sun Toyota, Holiday which is 45 minutes away from me. The drive was well worth it because SunToyota gave me the most for my trade in and had the best programs/promotions. My experience with this dealership has been so pleasant that I may make the drive for regular maintenance just because of the exceptional customer service. I will definitely be recommending Marc and his team members at SunToyota to all my family and friends because I trust them! If ever I need another car, I will definitely be a repeat customer. More

Exceptional sales experience. I had talked to Thomas Sheene on the phone. I was looking for information on Toyota Highlanders. Thomas answered my questions and invited my wife an I had talked to Thomas Sheene on the phone. I was looking for information on Toyota Highlanders. Thomas answered my questions and invited my wife and I to stop in for a visit at the dealership. My wife and I met with Thomas, he showed us the different models and he explained the options of each. Thomas showed outstanding knowledge of all the products. We picked a car and Thomas helped us through the buying process. I feel we made a good choice and were given a fair deal. Jason Heard also assisted us answering questions and showed me around the dealership. Jason explained the operation of the options installed on the car. I was very impressed all the employees we met.
