Only good until it's sold I would not recommend this dealer to anyone at all. First, it was GREAT working with the sales rep, but not the finance manager (Chad Herd) and other I would not recommend this dealer to anyone at all. First, it was GREAT working with the sales rep, but not the finance manager (Chad Herd) and other folks in the back. Finance guy only talks to you only during the process and afterwards, will not return your calls or emails. He's probably the worse I've dealt with when buying a car. Not just the finance manager, but other managers (which is too many) who talks to you like you don't know what you're talking about. Yes, I am not a dealer or a mechanic, but when I have an issue with the car's electronic system, and it's been an issue since I bought it, I shouldn't be belittled. More

When I stopped by Sun Toyota last weekend I was greeted by Dominick. I told him my budget and not once did I feel any pressure from him to deviate from it. I didn't see anything on my first visit so I left and searched the internet for the past week. The Internet was so overwhelming so I decided to stop by Sun Toyota again. I asked to speak to Dominick as I knew he would not pressure me into spending more than my budget. I felt he was on my side the entire buying experience. He was very real with me. I just came in for a simple oil change. It was a nice Saturday morning, to nice to be stuck in a dealership for an oil change. I left my truck in the service bay and started to walk around t It was a nice Saturday morning, to nice to be stuck in a dealership for an oil change. I left my truck in the service bay and started to walk around the lot just looking at all the nice new Tundras thinking it would be nice to have a new one, mine being a 2013 Tundra. After a short while walking around I found the truck I would've picked if I was really shopping for a new truck. About that time this young man approaches me and you know introduces himself as Vasili and is there anything I can help you with. He was and is a very professional about his customer service skills. Being a service manager myself it was my turn to be on the other end for a change. I explained everything to him that I was just in for a simple oil change but was possibly interested in a new Tundra. Well one thing lead to another and now I'm the proud owner of a 2016 Tundra. The only reason I let this happen is because Vasili didn't apply any pressure, he was straight forward and up front. I told him I love my 2013 Tundra and have no problems taking it back. But again he did exactly what he said he could and I like that no bull just professional and honest. I think that Vasili is very professional, courteous, and has very strong customer service skills, something this world could use a lot more of. Thank you so much Vasili and thanks to the rest of the team at Sun Toyota as always it's a pleasure to be in your facility. More
