Asst. service manager arrived and checked me in promptly and pointed me to the lounge area and free beverages. The arrivals board is a nice added touch which allows guest to measure expectations when car will be ready. After my expectation date had exceeded 5 min. asm came out and said he was going to check and see when my car would be ready. He came back shortly and said it would be out in 5 minutes which it was. Although the vehicle arrived after the expected time it was handled very professionally and I was completely happy with the experience.
