Sun Toyota hits another one out of the park. I took my Tacoma in to see Lance for service. A regular oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted once again with a warm smile and welcome back. Lance informed me of a possible recall on my truck and assured me that why I was there that he would have it addressed for me. A couple of signatures later and I was sitting in the lounge with a cup of coffee and the worlds greatest doughnut. Lance did an outstanding job keeping me informed about my service and let me know that parts would need to be ordered to fix the recall on my truck. He also assured me that he had checked with the machanics and my vehicle would still be safe to drive until the needed parts arrived. It is for this reason that I continue to purchase vehicles and have them serviced from Sun Toyota. Keep up the great work. More

GOOD EXPERIENCE AGAIN Purchase two vehicles from Sun Toyota back in the 90's and here I am in 2016 again. Driving down US19, I noticed a vehicle being advertised. Pulled Purchase two vehicles from Sun Toyota back in the 90's and here I am in 2016 again. Driving down US19, I noticed a vehicle being advertised. Pulled into Toytota and met David Doucette, a salesman. We hit it off from the start. He was honest and not overbearing. Got right to the bottom line and was able to negotiate with him. So i purchased the vehicle. Then he turned me onto Chris Grow the Finance Manager who explained that he would search and get me a better finance rate than USAA. He worked his butt off and found me a finance rate of 2.9%. Wow! I was impressed. Plus Sun Toyota's warranty plan gives you the most value compared to any other dealership in our area. Tom More

I ended up purchasing the car that day and Terry was very helpful and friendly the entire time. The finance guy I worked with was also very helpful and friendly. I didn't have proof of residence on me, and we was able to name my options easily, and was patient with me while I was working to get proof faxed over. More

Car maintenance I have been going to Sun Toyota for both of my vehicles's maintenance, and the staff has always been very courteous. I went in for an oil change and new breaks on April 30th and was able to get a ride back home since I couldn't sit and wait. It was no more than 10 minutes when the driver was ready for me. DIDN'T FIND MY VEHICLES PROBLEM Brought my 2014 Corolla in for Service to check my suspension and steering components......Feels like the tires are dragging when making a U-turn or s Brought my 2014 Corolla in for Service to check my suspension and steering components......Feels like the tires are dragging when making a U-turn or sharp curve.......Within a few hours they call and say they find nothing wrong.......Not knowing until after I pick up my vehicle and get all the way home,print out says could not find front end rubbing.......I never said rubbing,so they were not checking what they were told......Close to the end of my 36,000 warranty.....Maybe that's why they could not find the problem?......I think they did correct a recall issue.......But that makes me wonder,too.....Guess no matter where you take it they are all the same......Taking it into another place for alignment and getting them to check the issues I'm having.....Hopefully they can come up with the problem?? More
