Great, fast service! I went in for a 6 month service on my leased 2016 Corolla. I did not have an appointment, but was served within 10 minutes. Recently, i took my 2012 Prius in for service (65,000-mile maintenance) and had I have been doing business with Sun Toyota, Holiday, FL, for decades. Recently, i took my 2012 Prius in for service (65,000-mile maintenance) and had another positive experience. Via a phone call, I easily got an appointment on a date/time that worked well in my schedule. Sun keeps careful records of all work done to my vehicle. The Service Manager (Greg Gamble this time) gives knowledgeable advice, makes suggestions, and searches for any discounts that might apply. Service was done while I waited in Sun's large, comfortable customer waiting room, catching up on email, etc. The agency provided a complimentary car wash. I left with full satisfaction that my Prius was in top condition, and I had paid a fair, reasonable price for the most professional service available. My most recent experience Hi, I got in a bit of a jam and I was running late for a very important event. I ran over a large bolt and needed my tire repaired immediately. I bought the tire hazard package, at the advice of Desmond Lee, who by the way is great. We even have our own song...never had a song with my salesman before but he's top notch. Anyways, I pulled in to service and got in. The service guys suggests I'm near 10k and should get it done while I was there. I was really pressed for time and then he says my Tacoma has a recall and I should do that as well! I was like great, I don't have the time for this! So, I decided to trust the service gent and his backing of the Sun Toyota service techs. To make a long story short, or a short story longer...I was completed and finished within time...I figured I was going to miss my event, I didn't! It's nice being part of the Sun Toyota customer base! I absolutely am sold...see what I did there? Also, I would like to note, I greatly appreciate the after-the-sale appreciation and chatter I have with the staff and I take full advantage of the courtesy car washes! I live in the area and I often run by the store. I take time to grab a cold complimentary water as I do! Great place..thanks More
