Getting my accessories on couldn't have been easier Extremely easy getting my accessories on. About a 4 hr service, gave me a rental(even though it was a sienna). Travis in service is a Rock star! I don't know if it is the accent or what, but he immediately connects with you and comes of as non-threatening and likable. Felt like he cared about getting my truck tip top and appeared very trustworthy. Now these were prepaid items, so nothing was broken and there was no negotiation involved, but I will consider driving 45min out my way to have service done on my 2 new Toyotas if Travis is my guy.
