10K Service on my year old Avalon Limited. I just want you to know that I think that having the opportunity to have your car serviced on a Sunday afternoon is a GREAT thing. My 2016 Avalon Limi I just want you to know that I think that having the opportunity to have your car serviced on a Sunday afternoon is a GREAT thing. My 2016 Avalon Limited was due for the 10K service and a small problem that I had created myself. Had tire pressure problems, corrected them myself, and hit the wrong button in the glove box to turn the indicator off on the dash. I did not know that I locked the trunk. Went to put my wife's wheelchair in the trunk and could not open it. Sorry to say that this customer did not only feel stupid, BUT learned something about a car that I have owned for a year. Thanks Sun Toyota for your wonderful employees. They treated both myself and my wife with great respect and let us know that we are part of a great Toyota family, Sun Toyota. More

Above & Beyond!!! I have an extended warranty on my 2003 Highlander. The warranty company refused the repair, so John Mendonca (service manager), got involved with it I have an extended warranty on my 2003 Highlander. The warranty company refused the repair, so John Mendonca (service manager), got involved with it and went "above & beyond". He and all of his assistant managers, especially Lance Johnson & Michael McKinley have "always" provided "excellent" service with true professionalism. I would never consider servicing or purchasing a Toyota at "any" other dealership. Thanks again for "all" of the great service you have provided me. More
