SUN TOYOTA SHINES ON SERVICE I have purchased three autos from Sun Toyota over the years. Each time, I've returned to their facility for each stage of recommended service for a n I have purchased three autos from Sun Toyota over the years. Each time, I've returned to their facility for each stage of recommended service for a new auto. Each time, the level of service seems to get ever better. That's why I don't even take my vehicle elsewhere for so much as an oil change. Each time, I've usually had a different service manager with no dip in the level of service. The last two times I've be aided by Michael McKinley, who just seems to know my mind and appears to take a personal interest in my business. Intellectually, I know he gives the same level of service to every client. I'm greatly impressed, however, that he is able to make each of us think we are his special client. That's a wonderful talent, and he could not appear more sincere each time. Have to love it! If I didn't know better, I would have to assume he's an owner of he dealership! More
