Roger was extremely friendly and informative when he went over the scheduled service to be performed. When a nail appeared in one tire, he was very helpful in investigating what tire they had on the premise over the scheduled service to be performed. When a nail appeared in one tire, he was very helpful in investigating what tire they had on the premises would be a good match and would also meet my lease requirements. He understood my time constraints and made sure I was served in a timely manner. Later in the day I received a video showing my car on the lift as well as the tire with the nail! So....even when you expect everything to be perfect, it might not be. But Sun Toyota was there for me. I even had time to chat briefly with the person who sold me the car! She noted that I still always have a book with me! That's the personal touch we all yearn for in today's world. More
