We had our Highlander serviced for the first time at Sun Toyota Service Department. Prior to this we lived in the metro area of Daytona Beach and had purchased and had our Toyota serviced by the selling dea Toyota Service Department. Prior to this we lived in the metro area of Daytona Beach and had purchased and had our Toyota serviced by the selling dealer Daytona Toyota, I initially called and spoke with Assistant Service Advisor, Ray Price. He was very knowledgeable and quickly gave me the information needed for me to make a decision to have our Toyota serviced by Sun Toyota. When we arrived for our service appointments Ray met us and quickly got the necessary services noted, gave us an expected finish time, and kept us informed the entire time. It was such a pleasant experience and bolstered my confidence that we had made the right decision. Ray Price epitomizes what a service advisor should be. Not sufficient adjectives about Ray and Sun Toyota service department. Daytona Toyota should take notes and emulate what Sun Toyota does to insure customer satisfaction. Leslie was was great. I bought a car from her. I have bought all of my vehicles for over the past 20+ years from Sun Toyota. I have dealt with several people from here but none quite like John Mendonca ,Mike Rinaldi and the techs from the Service Dep years from Sun Toyota. I have dealt with several people from here but none quite like John Mendonca ,Mike Rinaldi and the techs from the Service Department. These guys take the time to listen, explain to you and put out the best product. This is what keeps me coming back to Sun. I always feel welcome as that's the way they treat me. I will keep coming back to Sun as long as this continues. Great job. More
Excellent Service! I got an oil change and tire rotation. They also put air in my tires and did an inspection of engine, tires, etc. Assistant Service manager, Ray, was fantastic. When they finished, they sent me a video of my car showing all the things they checked. I can't tell you how impressed I was. I've never seen anything like that. Had a 9:45 appointment for a recall on my 2017 Tacoma for a seal on the 3rd brake light which they advised would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I then proceeded to watch my truck sit in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hou a seal on the 3rd brake light which they advised would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I then proceeded to watch my truck sit in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hours before they finally took it in for service which took all of 20 minutes to repair. Please note my service advisor was very nice and apologetic over this happening. More
My experience was great. This was my 2nd visit here the first was to have tinting installed. This visit was for my 5,000 mile/6 month maintenance. Kira was extremely helpful, she answered all my questions and when she didn't have the answers he went to the person who would best be able to help. When my tinting was done there was a small bubble on the windshield that I was unsure about but Rachel from Accessories was more than happy to discuss my options about getting it taken care of. Each visit has been a pleasant experience. Although I do feel as though maybe the complimentary car wash should be removed from the advantage club as with neither visit was my car given a wash. Not a big deal but maybe it needs to be explained better as to what qualifies as service. Anyway I'll be back when my next service is scheduled which be in another 5,000 miles for my first oil change. Thanks again and as always look forward to a great experience. More
Peter Lopez-Llanos in the Service Department was fantastic. I brought my Tundra in for an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wipers.
