Sales - Julia Harris - was absolutely amazing I was not even looking to buy a car! I went in for an oil change and decided to look around to see what was out there when my lease expired. I knew I I was not even looking to buy a car! I went in for an oil change and decided to look around to see what was out there when my lease expired. I knew I wanted to purchase next year. Julia was amazing.. she just aid well you have an hour before your car gets done .. lets drive anything you want to and see if you even like it. I was her first sale that day on Feb 29th..... the only complaint is that it took forever to get thru financing (even to be seen) -- once seen it went smoothly. Julia made the time palatable because she is great with people. I wish her all the success as she is a smart and knew almost every question I had and if she didn't know she found out...…. totally impressed!! More

I’m from Canada and my new 4Runner needed its first service Fabulous dealership! They could not have done better. I was given a loaner within minutes of asking since I had errands to run. Turns out my Canad Fabulous dealership! They could not have done better. I was given a loaner within minutes of asking since I had errands to run. Turns out my Canadian extended warranty and service contract was not valid in the USA. I did not know this since when I bought it in Canada they told me it was good between Canada and the USA. I spend half a year in the USA so this was important to me. They did the full first full service including tire rotation and greasing a few spots on the undercarriage since there was a few steaks happening. My total bill was $20. They told me it wasn’t my issue and they would ask Toyota headquarters to cover my first service on my new 4Runner. They didn’t charge me and were willing to deal with Toyota on my behalf. When I returned to pick up my vehicle they were so kind as to transfer the packages from the loaner to my vehicle. They were above and beyond More

Most consumers, myself included, consider automobile dealerships near the very top of the "trust no one" list. With that in mind, it is with great pleasure that I can share a positive outcome to an otherwise stressful situation thanks to a dealership and it's Pre Owned Sales Director's commitment to making things right. The dealership is Sun Toyota of Holiday Florida and the Director is Ben Miles. I purchased a 2018 Tacoma that I absolutely adored except for a "Seinfeld-like" beast of a cigarette smell that was temporarily masked by the original owner and re-emerged with a vengeance shortly after I took ownership. Although the dealership had no legally binding reason to "battle the beast", Ben Miles refused to let the situation go unresolved. It took three attempts which included almost everything short of an exorcism. At great cost to the dealership, the third time was a charm. More importantly, the absolute trust I have in Ben Miles gave me such positive closure that it made the unfortunate situation, worth experiencing. We have come to know and appreciate each other on a personal level which is almost unheard of, especially under such adverse circumstances.
