I sat in my vehicle for 20 minutes before I was approached while it seemed like several advisors just walked by. When I was finally waited on, Mike Jimerson was very nice, courteous and professional. I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. There were only 2 or 3 people already waiting when I went to the waiting area so I figured it would take about 45 minutes or so. I didn’t get out of there until after 5:00 (about an hour and 15 minutes) which seems a little long for an oil change and tire rotation. I will continue to take my car to Sun Toyota, as I am very satisfied with the service itself, they just need to get the customers in and out a little quicker. More

Warranty Repair of front drivers floor mat I mentioned to Tony Roche when I was having an issue with my front floor mat he checked it out and found it was not fitting properly Tony indicated he I mentioned to Tony Roche when I was having an issue with my front floor mat he checked it out and found it was not fitting properly Tony indicated he would contact Toyota for approval he got back to me next day said the parts were on order.
