Sun Toyota - Service Center

Regular service interval I made an appointment for an oil change, and front breaks needed service. I dropped off my vehicle at 11am, and was given a ride home by their courtes I made an appointment for an oil change, and front breaks needed service. I dropped off my vehicle at 11am, and was given a ride home by their courtesy van. I was told i would receive a call with an update on my vehicle in a couple hours. When i received the call, i was told my vehicle would be ready in about an hour, and they would send the courtesy van back to pick me up. Everything went smooth, normally when i just get an oil change i wait at the dealership, but i knew the brakes would take a little more time, so i took advantage of the courtesy van. Any work that has been performed on my vehicle has always been completed in a timely and professional manner. More

The inside of the vehicle was left clean and the door panels on a quick inspection look to be intact. She even went so far as to mail my warranty information that the crew forgot to put in the glove box, thanks! The service crew was not able to find the cause of the rattle in the front door and as it is an intermittent issue, it will be hard to track down. A little disappointed since the car is 4 days old and that it couldn't be resolved on the same trip. Of course on the way home, I started to hear it again! Ricky Rios is awesome! He took care of the leftover trade in paperwork while I was in and even found my floor mats that were left in detailing the day I picked up the car, nice save!! Thanks :-) More
