Mike is amazing and works well with everyone. The mechanics failed to fully inspect the vehicle resulting in front end issues while driving, the financial department is way too slow at pretty much ev mechanics failed to fully inspect the vehicle resulting in front end issues while driving, the financial department is way too slow at pretty much everything and the detail department is ran by a group of xxxxxxx that don't even know how to use a vacuum. Mike is great though. Overall, it isn't terrible but we already have to take our vehicle back in for front end work due to failures. More

The salesman I worked with was friendly but not overly knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I also asked several times if the car had a second keyfob but he couldn't get me an answer until the deal w knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I sat at his desk and listen to the finance person from another area yell at employees to come into his office as well as tell some women on the phone that she should be spanked. I did end up buying the car which was delivered empty and dirty. I guess they don't wash or fill your gas tank when you spend 30k+. I know get to spend $325 on a key fob and however much to get the temperature control to read Fahrenheit instead of Celsius because it can't be changed in setting per another dealership.
