I bought my SUV in the same day plus a trade in. Got there at 5:00 home at 9:00. Showed a couple of used cars online and checked for availability in their lot and ended up driving us to the St John’s lo there at 5:00 home at 9:00. On my approval of buying It my sister and I drove back in the SUV to Grand Ledge did paperwork and drove out so happy!! It all happened because of Mike’s efficiency in following every step. Price was great also! He noticed the floor mats were missing so ordered them and actually got the preformed plastic that can be lifted out to clean and even hosed down. I was expecting your normal floor mats but this particular car came with the deluxe mats which were missing so he ordered them right away. He came to my house to put them on not only in the front but a total surprise he had them for the back seats. I also had a new license plate frame and he put that on as well. He has an awesome personality. I asked if he had any business cards so I can tell people about him! Now my plans are to find those to refer. Mike is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with! More
