I wrote a good review when I first bought our vehicle however, I feel the need to make an update after having it fi a month. When we bought are car we were offered a warranty. We didn’t have the money at the time to purchase it but were told we could call the finance guy Jay within the first month if we decided we wanted it. I called him once and he said he would grab my paperwork and call me back in 15 minutes. Never received a call back. Left a message the next day. Still no return call. Called again for a third time and received a text back that he would call me back shortly. That was over a week ago. Where I still have no problem with my sales person, I have to say the customer service of this particular finance person leaves something to be desired. More
