We had a budget. And was told you’d have a vehicle for us. Made a special trip to Sundance to have really no help at all. We weren’t shown an inventory and were told to just walk around. I said don’t peddle me junk and that’s exactly what your doing! If I’m buying a vehicle they should be clean, not in a crap state. You do have vehicles in our budget but weren’t shown anything within that. Our salesmen Dave Carter wasn’t really willing to negotiate and seemed fairly forceful to push a deal where the truck had an oil leak and a knock on acceleration. And when my wife didn’t want to proceed with the deal we heard the salesmen talk fairly badly and being rather rude about us outside as we walked away!! Chevrolet your really hiring people like this. What a way to win customers when your peddling junk!! More

Had a great experience at Sundance.Fred did a very good job showing us the vehicles on the lot,and answering all our questions. I also want to say the young man that explained all the features of our new E job showing us the vehicles on the lot,and answering all our questions.
