The buying experience was fine but . We signed the paperwork on the purchase and then it went into the service department. Almost one week later we went and picked up our new vehicle once the part was replaced. The part was in a town just over two hours away. We had to call for check ups.... Sales person was matter of fact about the whole thing; not very compassionate. It was a huge purchase for us and I guess we expected a little bit more then what he was willing to say or even give. Might recommend the dealership but not him by name that is for sure. More

Pleasant easy shopping experience. On 5/2 we visited several dealerships in Lansing. Troy at Sundance was the only dealership that was interested in selling a vehicle.
