We have been talking with Jason Rowe over a 5 month time period as we were unsure of the type of vehicle we wanted to buy. Jason was very patient with us and took the time to show us and allow us to drive s period as we were unsure of the type of vehicle we wanted to buy. Jason was very patient with us and took the time to show us and allow us to drive several different vehicles with no pressure until we found the one that is going to work out best for us. We would definitely recommend Jason to anyone looking for an honest and caring person to deal with. The service department however just made excuses on questions we had and would never give us a straight answer on anything. We would highly recommend Jason and Sundance to anyone looking for a vehicle but the service department not so much. More

Family Friendly Purchasing Experience My husband and I came to Sundance to look at a "new-to-us" vehicle to accommodate our three children. Shane worked very hard to get us out the door i My husband and I came to Sundance to look at a "new-to-us" vehicle to accommodate our three children. Shane worked very hard to get us out the door in the vehicle that he knew we really wanted, and we drove away that evening in exactly that. With any car I have ever purchased, anywhere, there is always a bit of time wrapped up in the process (paperwork, financing, etc). My two oldest boys enjoyed waiting in the lounge area, equipped with couches, a popcorn maker, water dispenser, and large screen TV, and all of the staff members were EXTREMELY tolerant of my toddler running around with a balloon like he owned the place :) To be honest, I came to Sundance feeling very stressed - we hadn't planned on looking for a new vehicle for our family, but after someone ran a red light and totaled our family car, we had to find a new vehicle, and by the time I got to Sundance I was already feeling worn out and flustered with everything that had happened (related to the accident) before I even got there. Shane was so kind and patient throughout the process, and we got a really, really good deal on a "new" family vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Shane and Sundance Chevrolet. More
