It was apparent to me that he found joy unlike most sales people in satisfying his customers needs instead of just making the sale. Unfortunately, for Tyler our situation was quite complex and involved many "hands" to get the job dome but that didn't deter Tyler. He handled our concerns and car purchasing needs with professionalism and great kindness.
