This was the first time I bought a car on my own so I was nervous at first due to the stigma that comes along with used car dealers at times. She helped make sure the car ran properly and walked me through some of the things to look for (smooth ride, working headlights and brake lights, etc.). There were some issues with getting everything completed when we came to pick up the car, but it seemed to be out of Darlene's control and she was very apologetic. The typist made an error which had to be corrected and they forgot to have me sign the title and had to call me back in after I had already left. Again, nothing against Darlene. Would definitely recommend working with her! More
