One of the best experiences buying a vehicle Hi there, buying a car when your out of state can bring many complications (iv'e bought 3 out of state I know.....) Had such a nice experience with Matt Bates and the crew at Sundance. No salesmen feel, straight, upfront and honest even when buying over the phone. One of the best experiences I've had when buying in state or out. The atmosphere of the sales room (very log cabin like) was really awesome as well and they went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend Matt for anyone that wants someone that understands your situation (meaning cars are big purchases) and has compassion that is so crucial to being in sales that many don't have. Also want to thank Matt (and his manager) for coming in on their day off to accommodate my wife and I in our busy schedule and having to drive 6 hours for our new car. Neither made us feel like we were inconveniencing them and I even brought an unclean trade in car from Wisconsin (unclean meaning dirty from the drive) Matt mentioned to me that all the sales staff often work out of normal hours and go above and beyond for the customer and we do respect that.
