Used vehicle purchase - Great Deal I had been looking for a specific used vehicle - 2013-2018 Toyota Avalon. Sundance just happened to have a 2018 in the color I wanted and it was pric I had been looking for a specific used vehicle - 2013-2018 Toyota Avalon. Sundance just happened to have a 2018 in the color I wanted and it was priced much lower than others I'd found closer to home. I was skeptical about why the vehicle was priced so low. I had never shopped at Sundance before, so I just called and got transferred to a sales person. Well, I hit the jackpot! Cody Pruden was so great to work with; he's personable, knowledgeable, and just a nice person. Cody was patient in explaining what was in the Carfax report and showing me the vehicle. I loved the car and ended up buying it. Unfortunately, the car only had 1 key fob which was a big deal to me. Because Sundance is not a Toyota dealer, they don't just have a bunch of Toyota key fobs laying around. Cody went above and beyond to have a 3rd party "key demon" make me another fob. When it comes to dealing with the financing, Cody handed me off to Jay. Jay was also great to work with. Thanks, Cody and Jay; and thanks, Sundance for a great experience. More
