Long waits and smoke screens I bought my used car; salesman assured me it was getting a service inspection. When I came back to buy it he glossed over saying it came out good. I a I bought my used car; salesman assured me it was getting a service inspection. When I came back to buy it he glossed over saying it came out good. I asked about breaks and the engine light- we can't know what the car's history is because it's a foreign make, no way to tell when the brakes were last replaced. I figured everything was fine they would have replaced things if it wasnt working. They also didn't do he detailing in my car. I brought it back to leave for them to clean it... They just took the trash the service department had left in it out. I took the car home anyway I needed it to drive more than I needed it cleaned. About 100 miles later, my transmission is going wrong. Spent 3.5 hours in their service department waiting room and they still didn't have an answer for what was even wrong. Do not buy a car here. More

He was knowledgeable about each differential feature and helped us to easily choose the perfect vehicle. We took our three children to pick up our Traverse, the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
