Not as happy as i should be Randell Doine is my dealer he help us find what we needed. We test drove our Buick Enclave on 55 mph rds. We bought the car but did not take delivery until 4 days later on th 8th of JULY. As we got going over 70 mph the car rumbled. I called Randell he said bring it in. They could not get me in until Friday still did not figure out what was wrong. So I came back Saturday after and waited 3 1/2 hrs before being told that it was rotors and pads and was waiting for approval from a mgr to pay. Well I got told that they would cover half the cost. I was so done by then that I told them to do it. I should be able to by a car with a reasonable expectation of no replacing Something so major within 4 days of taking delivery. Randall I would by another car from you. I believe I should get my money back for work I just bought the car. I would like to be responded to as this is not right. ty More
