Troy took the time to run numbers for me initially on the phone and always returned my phone calls. He was courteous, patient, and stayed in contact with me as I tried to decide what truck I wanted to lease. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and spent the time explaining various options to me. There was never any pressure to quickly make a sale. The overall experience was smooth and without any glitches. Everyone was very friendly and employees were always saying "Hi" and asking if we were being helped. I would recommend Troy and Sundance Chevy if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Late night car shopping left me with some interest so I inquired a few times before he reached out to me. The car I wanted was sold. So I continued to test drive at other places and look for vechiel of interest. Couple weeks later he contacts me. Randy Blackwell says "You have to get down here and see this I have a beautiful black Chrysler 300". So I finally make my way, and sure enough it was the car that I had inquired about. The car was listed as gone and that's why I say things happen for a reason. If you want a good sales men Randy Blackwell hands down. More
