Was A repeat customer Til this last visit Went to get a 2019 Equinox after 9 hours and many promises and told my monthly payment was to low at $450. They had me put a $100 hold on the Equinox here we are on week 4 several calls in and excuse after excuse and still don't have my $100 back. They lost a valued customer with their nonprofessional and greed. I went to another dealer got almost $2,000 more on my trade in as well as my 2019 Equinox at half the interest rate sundance quoted me in my payment range.
