customer service I went to this location because of their large selection of used vehicles. When transferred to sales Troy picked up the phone....I told him I was planning to make the drive the next morning and right away he asked me what I was looking for, what I liked and didn't like, and then told me he would have a few vehicles ready for me to look at with the features I wanted. And he did have them ready, At the end of the day I was still undecided. I left a deposit on the vehicle that I was thinking about buying so that it would still be there in a few days when I returned. In the next few days I continued to look and so did he, at this point I know I became a pain in the xxx cuz I had him check on multiple vehicles and he also checked on vehicles he found, he crunched numbers for me multiple times. Best part was I felt like I was talking to a cool person not a salesman, I don't really care for salesman. He actually cared and understood my pickiness and didn't give me too much of a hard time about it. ( we joked about it ) I would send him info about a car on the lot and I would trust his judgement about it. The car I had on hold he drove and had service check it out for something he didn't like how it drove. while on the phone a few days later discussing a vehicle he found we began to argue about the color of the first vehicle he had me test drive. I tell you this cuz its how we found the vehicle I ended up buying. He checked it out told me it was perfect for me 100% and I took his word for it and made the trip that day after work. He was right I absolutely loved it. If your looking for an honest person who will not waste your time and try to sell you a vehicle that you don't want or that's out of your price range, someone who will put in the leg work to finding you the right car for you.....Ask for Troy....You wont be disappointed. The other day I received a call from my salesman, Keith Floyd, to let me know that one was sitting right next to him. I was so excited I left work early to go take a look at it. After looking at it, I immediately knew I wanted to buy it so Keith put the gears in motion. The next day I picked it up and have never been so happy. People keep asking me about the car and telling me they really like it. It is one of the first 2019 Blazer's on the street in the Lansing area.
