Got my van from Chris Queen !! Chris Queen went above and beyond for us. I originally called looking for a used van and was connected to him. I gave him my wish list and got him working for us. He called and texted me several times with possibilities. Meanwhile hubby and I were doing searches on the internet when we found what we wanted. I called Chris gave him the info, which was at another local dealer close to him. Chris made the deal and got it for us. We drove over an hour to see it in person and were not disappointed. There were a couple of things we wanted fixed and he got them taken care of for us. They even agreed to deliver it too us when it was finished with service. We were very impressed with both Chris and the manager who helped us. This was the first time I had dealt with Sundance. My daughter bought a jeep from them a while ago and really liked them, now we do too. I loved the showroom!! I would also like to thank Chris Queen for his service to our country, 6 years in the army I believe!! Very nice young man who really worked hard for us!! Even when I turned down add-ons, they quickly moved to the next process instead the lying and intellectually insulting harassment that I've experienced at other dealers. I would, however, suggest this survey be modified to not just measure status, but to see innovation. Ask the customer what they think can be done better. Ask them to define the "perfect dealership". Ideas can come from anywhere. It's so impressive how you promote and value this survey and the voice of the customer above and beyond what happens in other businesses, but there's still more you can gain. More

Great Service and Good Value I was a bit skeptical about coming to a dealership as I've always been wary of salesman, but after my car was totaled by a deer and the insurance payo I was a bit skeptical about coming to a dealership as I've always been wary of salesman, but after my car was totaled by a deer and the insurance payout was enough for a newer vehicle, I decided to try Sundance. I would not have done it any other way. The salesman, Brent Miller, was helpful and found me a vehicle after working with me all day. He pointed out flaws in certain cars (transmission was buggy on one) and stated he was trying to sell me a car that would last. He also didn't pressure me about buying anything. The followiby days after my visit I only got one phone call to touch base. Again, no pressure. I ended up getting 1,000 off a Toyota matrix and getting less than blue book because of a small and hard to notice rust spot. If you need a new vehicle, head to Sundance. More
