When the service department didn’t follow through on things, art made sure to make it right. The car we looked at had just come in, but when we made an appointment a week later to test drive it, the car was not cleaned and ready and we had to come at another time. That was frustrating. When we test drove the vehicle, it was not completely cleaned, no fluids topped off, etc. Art gave us a free oil change to take care of that. We dropped off for an oil change and car was not ready after two hours as promised. - had to sit 35 minutes. Got home to find out that no fluids were topped off and windshield washer fluid was not working. We took it back again and Art made it right and they finally took care of it all. We are very satisfied with our vehicle, the price, and salesman. But I hope better communication can happen between sales and service. More

Very easy with no difficulties to buy vehicles. Mark Korn has now set up my second lease from Sundance and delivered the Eqinox to me. This makes all the difference since I live in Battle Creek. At the time, we weren’t necessarily sold on any one kind of car, but did, for sure have a price range. Lee Lickfelt helped us out immediately, driving us around to the different lots looking at options and then, getting on their inventory lists to find something that would appeal to our budget and her standards. He found us a car that certainly spoke in price, but it had just come in and was beyond rough! Lee went out of his way, I feel, to get new tires, get the body damage repaired, and clean it up inside and out, as if it were practically brand new! I was amazed at the job he, and all of service men/women put into making that car beautiful! I truly felt like Lee worked hard for our best interest. He kept in touch with me throughout the car process of getting ready, and held high standards like he was getting it ready for his own family member.
