Exceeded All Of Our Expectations! This review is as much about Sundance's Staff as it is the vehicle we purchased through them. We were initially a little wary because of the large lot This review is as much about Sundance's Staff as it is the vehicle we purchased through them. We were initially a little wary because of the large lot and wondered if we'd just feel like a "number" to be moved through the process of buying a used vehicle, but such fears were immediately allayed as we got to know the Sundance Staff. For starters, the vehicle we initially went to see exceeded our expectations. I had been to a couple of other dealerships who looked like they simply dumped the car on the lot without so much as an oil change, but Sundance had extended data about the vehicle, was transparent about all of it (where they found it, all that they knew about it, the Carfax report, etc) and told us about their servicing process which ensured that it would look practically new if we decided to purchase it. We loved it (2009 Jeep Patriot), and met Bobby Popp, who became our sales rep and now, we consider a friend as well. We also met Donnie (another rep who helped when Bobby was out of the office) and their manager, who were all eager to help and ensure that we got the best deal possible. Throughout our experience with them, we found them to be quick to make sure that we were more than pleased with our purchase, that they honored everything that they said that they would do (even beyond the point of sale), helped us to find the best financing and options to fit our family, and that we were genuinely cared for along the way. It's been 15 years since we have bought a car from a dealership, and they walked us through ever single step of the way with maximum honor for us and maximum flexibility on their part. I would say that you can tell that Sundance cares about its reputation and works hard to maintain it. We will be in the market for two more vehicles in the next year, and we will simply go back to Bobby and ask what he can do to help us. Trust is a HUGE deal for us when it comes to our vehicles (after all... we'll be riding around in them for years, hopefully, with our most precious people inside), and Bobby and the crew at Sundance have won ours. More
