I was transferred to Ryan Gordon and after talking to Ryan he started searching for the car I was looking for. I received a prompt call back letting me know the original car I was looking for was already sold. I was up front with Ryan and explained that we were looking for a decent car with low miles but it would be a few days before I could get in to look at them. Meanwhile Ryan was very patient, helpful, nice and not pushy at all. When we finally made it in Ryan had cars lined up to show us. A few cars, and a test drive later we had made a decision now on to the purchasing peice. Ryan was very professional and helped us get the best possible deal.
