Aulden was proactively updating me with the status of the deal and was very flexible with scheduling me in the close the deal. The only negative portion of my experience wjtj Sundance, was the finance. I arrived with a check in hand already knowing I didn’t want to purchase the extended warranty. When I had already written the check for the purchase prior to giving to the finance man, he was annoyed and a bit rude about it. When I informed him that I already knew what I wanted he made a remark which offended me. His chauvenism was made known at that point in the bed transaction. With that being said, I am incredibly pleased though with my salesman, condition of my vehicle and pricing. Just didn’t receive very good treatment at the finance portion. More
