Overall just a GREAT experience I’m not sure we could have asked for a better experience in our truck shopping. Rene was super knowledgeable, fast to respond, gave enough information I’m not sure we could have asked for a better experience in our truck shopping. Rene was super knowledgeable, fast to respond, gave enough information without being overwhelming, and most importantly gave us straight info and didn’t try to BS us. As out of town buyers, who drove 4 hours to the dealership to get a specific truck, Rene and the finance team made the transaction super smooth, got us in and out relatively fast, and they were able to make a deal work with the terms we needed (and several other dealerships were unable to make the same thing happen). Overall, just a great experience. If I had to make one comment for area of improvement, it would only be more specific direction to the dealership sales office (the building was a bit hidden behind another building on the lot, and from the way we were coming, it wasn’t easy to see), small suggestion but it’s my only critique. More

It came down to customer service and Mike was the best. Mike Cappelletti was wonderful to work with, wasn't pushy and was very patient when I wanted to test drive multiple cars to find the best one for me. They did a great job explaining all the extras they try to sell you and didn't keep nagging when you said you weren't interested. They weren't my first choice in where to go but after being treated poorly at other dealerships I couldn't pass up their selection and pricing. I will be back when it's time for another vehicle. Michael Cappelletti at Sundance is where it's at Went to Michael with a few "needs" that I was looking for in a vehicle, wanted an AWD with decent gas milage, lower miles and not brand new but a "new Went to Michael with a few "needs" that I was looking for in a vehicle, wanted an AWD with decent gas milage, lower miles and not brand new but a "newer" vehicle. Told him vehicles I was looking at and ended up test driving a few others as well that I hadn't even thought about and fell in love with the Ford fusion. He WAS NOT PUSHY when I was weighing my options on the different vehicles and even when I went home to sleep on the vehicle before deciding to pull the trigger he wasn't pushy then or blow up my phone with messages on when I was coming back. HUGE thing for me because desperate car salesman are hands down the most annoying thing in the world. He did extra research and got extra paperwork on the car that I asked for, when I forgot/lost my paperwork I brought to the dealership they found it and held onto it until I returned for the gold care package. Extremely professional compared to multiple other salesman that I went too at different dealerships in my process of buying a car. Had patience with the 99 questions I asked about everything from the car to warranties, got me a better interest rate than from the credit union I was pre-approved from. But costomer service was the biggest thing and rank you guys better than Berger on 28th Street in Grandrapids and multiple other dealers I went too. 10/10 happy with my car 10/10 happy with experience at Sundance process was easy. Will recommend Michael to friends that are looking for cars in the future. More
