Great car buying experience I worked with Tim Eagen at Sundance; I can only speak to my experience with this salesman as I believe it was a great buying experience. Tim gave me the opportunity to test drive new and used models on the lot. I was test driving and looking at my options for new or used vehicles because I wanted out of my leased Equinox. I worked with another dealership/salesman in the past for years; however, that contact left sales and I was left with someone else and he attempted to manipulate my choice toward another Equinox, thus my frustration and referral from a co-worker to go see Tim Eagen at Sundance Chevrolet. As my patience had run thin due to the other dealership's salesman, I was prepared for the tactics. I did my research, knew what I wanted, had an idea of the lease/buying incentives and it was a week before Memorial Day. Tim gave me the attention that was above and beyond expected. I was given the chance to test drive new and used, with zero pressure. Tim was very honest, upfront, detail oriented, thorough, patient and accommodating considering it took me a few days to decide upon my final choice of a new 2018 Malibu. I would send anyone to this dealership to contact Tim Eagen. Upon my arrival at the dealership the first time, everyone was eager and willing to help me. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get out of my lease early and into a new vehicle; however, without Tim's advice and looking into my options while I was not at the dealership, it would not have been the great experience that it was. I have a busy life, small children and work full time, so my time is jam packed with things to do, buying a car was not exactly in that schedule, but Tim made it work to my advantage.
