Top-drawer buying experience. I was looking for a manual shift Cruz. Jack was able to find one in less than 24 hours for me. Mileage was under average and the car was in great shape. Unable to get away from the office, Jack brought the vehicle to me for a quick test drive. Everything went well. Jack got the financing set up and made this as turn-key as one could get. I took delivery and am anxiously awaiting my appointment to put the Gold Shield package on the car. Jay was great in getting all the warranty options available to me explained in a way even I could understand. Overall, a great way to buy a vehicle. More
