A fun and enjoyable experience Mark spent a lot of time with me, to insure that I was able to purchase the vehicle that I really wanted (White 2018 GMC Terrain SLT diesel). It took several persistent calls and patience to make it happen. He was steadfast with his effort and I got the car, color, & engine that I wanted from the start. His effort was very much appreciated. This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Mark and I know it won't be my last. I have leased two vehicles for my wife and Mark was very patient with her, answering all questions to her satisfaction. She has also been very satisfied with Mark's efforts and found him pleasant and accommodating. Jorge completed the financial process quickly, so I could get on the road and start enjoying my new Terrain. It was a total effort from the Sundance team and I left the dealership a happy camper. I contacted the salesman (Ryan Navin) about viewing a 2014 GMC Sierra and setting up a date to visit the dealership as I live an hour away . after we set a date, I followed up before my trip to the dealership . After we arrived we did not see the truck for four hours because they couldn’t find the vehicle. After we found the vehicle- sitting in the back lot- they could not find the keys . After I decided that I wanted to purchase the vehicle- Ryan (who quoted me via text message) did not honor the original quote and then proceeded to try to sell me another vehicle . After explaining our displeasure with the run around Ryan offered my father who drove the same distance a $30 gas check. We spoke with a sales manager who said that protocol states sales man are not supposed to quote vehicles over text and apologized. About a week later Ryan reached out explaining he would really like to make a deal and hoped we could work with him . We visited again and waited for Ryan to organize the sale. After all was said and done we came up in price and he came down . We paid more than the original quote, but were satisfied with the price. This truck did not have a scratch on it and appeared to be in pristine condition. But about 1.5 months after purchasing the paint on the passenger side started chipping off.This is not normal for a vehicle with about 20k miles. I contacted Sundance about getting this checked out on 5 separate occasions. Finally I called their sales line and spoke with someone about coming in that day . Unfortunately after arriving to get my paint checked out I was told the paint manager was gone and leaves daily around 3-4 pm. Another wasted trip to Sundance when I had an appointment . I spoke with a sales manager - joe hanks- who was repeatedly offensive with the way he spoke with me. Did not offer up a solution and refused to give me John Visellis card because “he was on vacation and didn’t need to be bothered”. After finally getting a promise someone would follow up with me and a huge quote to fix the paint I left . I have heard nothing from sundance Chevrolet. The paint appears to have been covered up and I’m certain the dealer knew about it . It looked good enough to get it off the lot and was still sticky to the touch after it started peeling . This is a dealer I have told friends, family, and colleuges looking for a vehicle to stay away from . No customer service and a fescious attitude from management . More
