Ryan was patient as we test drove multiple vehicles. After we selected a vehicle and agreed on it we picked it up a few days later. As I was about to drive off the lot, Ryan noticed a tail light had burned out. Ryan bought me a new tail lamp light bulb 💡 and installed it while it was a freezing rain. Above and beyond. Thanks!
