Overall a nice easy experience. Shane was very nice and easy Shane was very helpful the only thing I could say recommend is more detail and actually including the customer more. I felt left out and didn't know a Shane was very helpful the only thing I could say recommend is more detail and actually including the customer more. I felt left out and didn't know a lot of the details even with the finance guy, I didn't find out how long my loan was even for until I had to sign paperwork for it. So they definitely needed to go actually into detail with the customers otherwise seems like they're hiding something. I first was report for to Keith, and a John who actually called me back. When I didn't call and contact Keith, he actually told me he was too busy to help me that day which I thought was pretty unprofessional considering I didn't even really talk to him but my phone fiance did only hours earlier and gave him all the information like start of the transaction was already, only to then visual that he was too busy to finish the transaction with me the actual buyer. More
