I understand your frustration about this because you believe the comments were directed towards you. However, they had nothing to do with you at all. They were referring to a business associate we have been having trouble with for some time now. We have contacted the business associate and their managers. So this issue is being taken care of. First, Sam Cypher and Chad Decker said the comments were about a co-worker and apparently now the comments are about another customer. I think that's even worse to say so how do you think it's appropriate to talk about other customers like that regardless if they are there or not. You act in your biographies that treating people right is important to you but you're going to trash talk customers who come into your business and buy cars. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I think it's frankly disgusting how you treat people and I hope nothing but the worst for your business. Also, you felt so bad that your manager Sam Cypher called me up and was rude saying that I shouldn't be offended by language like that and if it's about someone else (which i'm not that dumb), then it should be okay. I've honestly told lots of people already about my experience and their common response was that they are disgusted about it too and i even shared the experience on facebook and had several people share my experience with others.
