In a few days I was into another vehicle. Sundance is VERY LUCKY to have Randy on staff, he went above and beyond to make it right. I've bought 3 vehicles from Randy, 2 prior to meeting Randy, and my dad bought 2 vehicles the same day from Sundance. I don't know why anybody would go anywhere else. Thanks Randy, Scott More

Pleasant first-time buying experience with George Berry I had never bought a car from a dealer before, and was unsure about the whole process. Worst costumer service experience of my life I visited the dealership today and purchased a car. After completing the sale, I realized my car has a keyless entry code. I returned inside to ask the salesperson (Chad Decker), and I overheard him talking on the phone about me saying that I seemed like I was a weirdo, rude and had aspbergers (form of autism). I have a family member who is special needs and literally never regretted buying something in my life. I asked him about this his response was “it wasn’t about you but a co-worker” like making a disgusting comment like that is okay. I hope everyone who might purchase a car there sees this and how disgusting of an employee and a person he is. I also waited three hours to buy a car even though I had an appointment. More
